European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)<\/strong><\/div><\/div>

Starting in 2026, these regulations prohibit the trade in raw materials sourced from forests that were deforested after December 31, 2020. \u200b<\/p>\n

Accordingly, the fields where these raw materials are grown must be identified and assessed. In addition, the entire supply chain, including production, must be monitored and accompanied by a due diligence statement (DDS). Currently, seven raw materials are affected.<\/p>\n<\/div>

To improve traceability throughout the entire product life cycle, the Ecodesign Regulation (ESPR) will be implemented in the EU starting in 2027 for the first product groups.
