Our Sustainability Strategy
Our sustainability strategy was developed from late 2024 through 2026. The sustainability strategy encompasses six areas of action, which were derived from our dual materiality analysis. The goals and measures within these areas of action were developed in workshops with employees. These working groups are also responsible for implementing and continuously refining the strategy. We will report on the implementation of our strategy in our 2026 VSME Report.
Our Vision: We want to make the IT world more sustainable, inspire our employees, and win over customers with future-proof services. (Rephrased to “make it more sustainable”)
Our Mission: We provide our customers with high-quality IT services and comprehensive consulting that combines technological progress with environmental and social responsibility. As an attractive employer, we distinguish ourselves through our commitment to sustainability and long-term partnerships.

We are committed to the 17 “Sustainable Development Goals” (SDGs) of the United Nations” as well as to the Paris Agreement on climate change with its 1.5-degree target.
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with their 169 targets, are part of the United Nations (UN) 2030 Agenda. These goals are intended to contribute equally to the realization of a globally sustainable society and represent the global community’s contract for the 21st century.
