Hamburg, Germany — August 17, 2022 — CAS Concepts and Solutions AG announced today that its CLUE#ZO SaaS whistleblower service is now available on the SAP® Store, the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings. CLUE#ZO is built on the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and provides a digital assistant that uses SAP Conversational AI to guide whistleblowers through the process of submitting tips to customers. It also works with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA®.
The CLUE#ZO service offers the following benefits:
- Support a culture of speaking up: A culture of open communication, secure infrastructure, and an accessible reporting channel for whistleblowers contributes to the success of a compliance management system. This automatically strengthens the employee-employer relationship by giving them the opportunity to voice their concerns.
- Establish an early warning system: Information submitted internally via the chatbot before it becomes public allows companies to respond more quickly and effectively to misconduct. Companies have a chance to win “the race for the tip,” especially with the upcoming changes to the EU Whistleblower Directive.
- Reduce risks: Reports of misconduct can be submitted to companies anonymously, without fear of negative consequences. In this way, companies can better protect themselves from financial and reputational damage.

CLUE#ZO is available on the SAP Store as a 14-day trial. It includes two users and comes with fictional companies, predefined roles for hint investigators, and sample data to allow users to familiarize themselves with the end-to-end process of submitting a hint and processing it later.
