CLUE#ZO from CAS AG Now Available on SAP® Store

CLUE#ZO – built on SAP Business Technology Platform and integrated with SAP S/4HANA® – delivers to customers a multilingual and digital whistleblower system for legal entities to comply with EU whistleblower directive.

Hamburg, Germany — August 17, 2022 — CAS Concepts and Solutions AG today announced that its CLUE#ZO SaaS whistleblower service is now available on SAP® Store, the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings. CLUE#ZO is built on the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)  and delivers a digital assistant by using SAP Conversational AI to guide whistleblowers through the process of submitting hints to customers. It also works with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA®.

The CLUE#ZO service can provide the following benefits:

  •  Support a speak-up culture: A culture of open communication, secure infrastructures, and a low-threshold offering for whistleblowers plays a role in the success of a compliance management system. This automatically strengthens the employee-employer relationship by giving them the chance to place concerns.
  • Establish an early warning system: Information being submitted internally via the ChatBot before it becomes public lets companies react earlier and more precisely on misconduct. Companies get a chance to win „the race for the hint,“ especially with changes coming up with the EU whistleblower directive.
  • Reduce risks: Misconduct can be addressed to companies anonymously, without fear of negative consequences. In this way, companies can better protect themselves from financial and reputational damage.
  • Be compliant with zero-system administration: Reduced time to benefit! Just add to your internet or intranet. Your hint editors or external supporters get a dedicated URL to log on for further processing.

CLUE#ZO is available on SAP Store on a 14-day trial. It includes two users and comes with fictitious companies, predefined roles for hint investigators, and sample data to allow users to familiarize themselves with the end-to-end scenario of placing a hint and processing it later.

SAP Store, found at, delivers a simplified and connected digital customer experience for finding, trying, buying and renewing more than 2,000 solutions from SAP and its partners. There, customers can find the SAP solutions and SAP-validated solutions they need to grow their business. And for each purchase made through SAP Store, SAP will plant a tree.
